Peanut Harvest!
A few weeks ago, I was able to dig these Carolina Black Heirloom peanuts! (Peanuts are nut a true nut, but rather a legume, and grow under the ground instead of on trees.) Once the peanut plant foliage begins to yellow a bit, it is time to harvest the peanuts.
