Heirloom Soybean Envy Seeds
The family and I enjoyed tender young edamame earlier in the season, but I wanted to keep some seeds to grow soybeans next year. Harvesting soybeans is easy. Leave green pods on the plant until the pods turn brown and dry. Open collected mature pods to collect seeds.
